• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I think I am in love...

She's beautiful

Here she is - now I just need to figure out what to name her ;)
Way to go. Like you, I ride my Spyder to work and spend all day at work just itching to get back on her and ride home. I call my big red baby, THE BEAST! But if I had your been baby, I would call it Kermit. Good luck and Ryde Safe

Thanks! It took me 6 months to decide what I wanted when I purchased my Jeep, but it was worth it. I have a straight six, and it is still running like a charm after 11 years and over 150k miles. I took time researching Spyders as well, and although I was willing to settle for a used bike, I am sure happy that my hubby talked some sense into me. Maybe your wife will change her mind when she sees your new Spyder? What are you getting?

I wish my Jeep had the straight six, but I'm happy with it. It does what I need. The spyder that I bought is the Lava Bronze RT Limited. My wife says she'll ride as a passenger, but I hope she gets bitten by the spyder so I can get her one. I got word today that everything that I ordered is in, so I should have it tomorrow or early next week. I can't wait.

I actually rode one like yours before I got my own, and it was a nice ride. I think your wife will come around - these things sometimes take time. I have ridden years as a passenger. I am excited to see your photos when you get your spyder. I haven't driven my Jeep once, since I got my new Girl

It would be a REALLY NICE excuse for a long daily Spyder ride!

Oh, and :welcome: and :congrats:on the new :spyder2:.

Thank you, and YES, it has made my commute more enjoyable! Being able to use the carpool lane and toll/gas costs cut down by 50%, is icing on the cake.
