• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I Pod not Charging

While in Maggie Valley last week, my I-Pod suddenly stopped working. It didn't take long to determine that for some reason it was not charging when plugged into the auxiliary jack/cord in the trunk. After purchasing a spare charging cord at Wally World, and plugging it into the 12v jack and recharging it, it worked fine for the remainder of the trip. Just curious, if anyone else has had any issues with thier I-Pod or M3 player not charging? Odd that it would play but not charge.

The iPod/Iphone is the only device that will charge using the 30 pin adapter. If you use the 9mm plug adapter, it will only work with audio streaming, regardless of device.

It will charge ONLY while the :spyder2: is on. If you leave it connected while the vehicle is turned off, it won't charge since that plug is not hot at all times like the 12v jack (and you have to move a fuse on the 2013s in order to make the 12v jack constant hot).
