I need some help with wind

someone just resently told me about something you can put on the upper ridge of your eondshild that help deflect the wind....I'm 6'4" and look over the windshield. I bought a larger windshield when I bought the Spyder....I think he said something like nueva or something....and thoughts?

First off, I choose friend, no really I do choose friend. Secondly you can get wind screen extensions that just clip on to what you have now. I'm not sure what the best type is but I know they are out there.

I got the one from twisted throttle. About 4 inchs high. Works great for me. I am 6 foot but sit high. There are others but I dont know the companys. With this extension I can hear my Ipod or with ear plugs the motor not the wind noise.

Laminar Lip on windshield

I had a Laminar Lip on the touring windshield before I bought a Madstad adjustable windshield. :doorag:

Are you looking for more height, or perhaps a deflector that'll just kick the wind up and over the top of your head? I did some "internetting" :shocked: this morning and didn't see anything that jumped out as me as a solution for your problem... But there's got to be something out there! We'll find it! :thumbup:

Touratech sells a couple of clip on wind deflectors to put at the top of the windshield. Look here: http://www.touratech-usa.com/Store/PN-040-1390/Windscreen-Spoiler-Universal-Clamp-on. I use one on my 2-wheeler and it's very effective, especially when it gets cold.
