• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I love my Spyder

I really like my spyder, but would love to have a RT. Never should have ridden the RT in Chicago, Im hooked.:2thumbs:

Today was a great day to be in Michigan The weather doesn't get much better than this. So did you guys ride today? We did. And I can't decide where to ride to tomorrow. I'm thinking about Cement City for lunch - Artesian Wells.

Anyone up for a ride?

Hi Ann,
Yep...rode today (played hookie in the afternoon!). I won't be able to skip out tomorrow, though I will ryde to work tomorrow.

Played golf today and went for a really short ride this afternoon to test out the CHAD windshield. Would love to do the lunch run tomorrow but dont believe I can get out of work.

Kelly, you are welcome to join the dark side anytime. We'll think about you guys while we are riding tomorrow. I need to put about 150 miles on to hit 10,000 miles since I started riding on June 1st.

This is phenomenal weather for November in Michigan! I met up with BRPjunkie today for lunch in Eaton Rapids. He rode his Spyder, but I rode my 72 BMW on the back roads the entire way. What a great day to ride a couple of hours on a vintage motorcycle...especially a naked one! Still trying to decide about tomorrow PM and Wednesday. My RTS may be gone, but I still have Nancy's Spyder, my modern Beemer, and some vintage bikes to sneak in at least one more nice ride for each. :D

Sounds like you had fun today. Hope you can join us tomorrow. We are planning on noonish. I think you have my cell phone number, if not shoot me a PM.

WOW!!! Nice!

I've only done 8,500 since May...though I was "toughing it out" since I don't have one of those "dark side" machines! :roflblack:

I can't make it for lunch. One meal dining out a week bends the diabetic diet far enough. Tomorrow is my grocery shopping day, too, so I won't be able to leave here (for wherever) until after lunch. If I decide to head toward Cement City, I'll give you a jingle. I was considering the M-89/M-43/M-37 loop through Richland and Hastings sometime this week, too. Might ride to the BMW shop in GR, as well.

I had to buy a heater for the garage. We may be able to ryde year round but it does get cold in the garage at night. Have to keep our babies warm. We love them way to much.

This is cool people! We are just a bunch of ridin fools! :2thumbs: I never just go home from work now. I'm always lookin for new routes but make darn sure I get about 100 miles in.

And though I totally get the RT thang, I am true Blue RS! I ride too hard for an RT! You know what I'm diggin' now? Night riding! Night riding is so cool!!
