• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I know I'm in trouble

First she doesn't want me to buy a big touring bike because she knows with knee replacements and a fused ankle I'm not that stable anymore .Then her girlfriend buys a Spyder and takes her for a ride . " Honey we should look at these because I feel safer on the back of one" now remember this is from someone who has never driven any motorcycle in her 63 years . So off to the dealer and we are the proud owners of a 2013 RT-S last fall . Fast forward 8 months and 4,000 miles later , I'm out of state on a project and my little wife is getting her endorsement and now running the wheels of the thing . I get a text yesterday with her on the bike, solo 200 mile trip to the kids house for Mothers day . This adds up to another Spyder in the garage I just know it ! Sure she gets to retire this month but me ? I have to work to pay for another Spyder ! Oh well I could have worse problems I guess :lecturef_smilie:Mothers Day ride.jpg

Yeah..!!

but loving it...the two spyder family part anyway...at this rate you may have to take early retirement...:roflblack::roflblack:

Well I guess for wedded harmony you should take one for the team and get yourself a 2014.
Then take a picture of it and put it on your desk at work to remind you why you're still there.
I know the pictures of my family makes it easier some days. :roflblack:

:congrats: to your wife on getting her endorsement.

And you should definitely buy a second Spyder. Get a '14 RTS, but then you two will have to fight over who gets to ryde what!

Know how you feel. I was cutting the lawn this morning when I saw my wife and our Spyder go sailing out the driveway.. (64 years without touching a motorcycle for her and now over a year with endorsement)

Thanks guys & gals , I can see the hand writing on the wall or is that check book ! I was hoping she would take to it just not at this level , but at least she likes it as much as I do , so just one more thing we can share in our retirement years even if it takes a little longer for me. It was worth every penny to see the look on her face when she sent me her photo of he endorsement , that by the way she took in the rain !:clap:Passed !.jpg
