• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

i just found this interesting article ...

The article would have been a Lot more interesting if the person had given some info on what the Ryker actually did in the snow. IMHO Rykers / Spyders .... in / on snow is a dumb idea ...... Mike

Interesting story. I was surprised by some of the stats, wonder how accurate??? :)

A lot of people are going to try doing Spyders and Rykers in the snow. Been there and done that.

My take on :spyder2:, the front wheels act as snow plows and cause the back wheel to spin. Hard to get going, and then, if you hit an ice patch...you are not going to stop.

Just got done reading our manual for the new F3L. There is a paragraph in it that states do not use on ice or snow. But, who reads the manual? :roflblack: :roflblack:

Assuming this is correct (copied from the article), or even close to correct, these numbers bode very well for all of us. The more they are able to produce, the better the economics for all involved, and the more likely they are to have the funds for growth and improvement!

It would also see that the Ryker (with its much lower price point) is doing very well at bringing in new ryders.
