• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I did it.. After years of contemplation,, I went to Jim Potts Motorworks in Woodstock Il and got my 2011 RT LTD.. Since it is my first bike ever, I figured why not start at the top??? She is brand new right out of the crate, with 1 mile on her. I pick her up on 07.17.11!!!!!! :2thumbs:

:welcome:  :congrats: :congrats: :congrats: :2thumbs: Have the same :spyder2: and LOVE it!!! I still dream about riding when I am not! :roflblack: Not only is the :spyder2: great but the whole community here is wonderful! :firstplace: Many years of happy, safe and fun riding for you!!!

Congrats & Welcome to the SpYderHood

:congrats: & :welcome:

You know what they say, don't you? :hun:

The purchase of the SpYder is just the down payment on all the mods your gonna make to make it your own :ohyea: But it's all FUN & totally worth it :2thumbs:

Depending on your usage, you may want to look into the SpyderPops "Missing Air Dam & Cat. Extenders" to help with the excessive heat on your right foot:sour:

If your thinking of long distance touring, then adding highway pegs & a UTOPIA backrest will add to your long distance touring comfort. Many go as far as adding the Corbin seat with fuel door access to make fueling up a lil less of a pain.

All these vendors are listed right here on SpyderLovers.com on the Home Page  Again, all depends on what you like & what you want to do with your new FUN MACHINE. Many are happy keeping it stock & just cruising around town:clap:

:yes:Hope you have as much fun with your new SpYder as much as Teddy & I have with ours
