I got to ride!!!

A dear friend is here in Maine from Dover, Delaware. I got to ride to Auburn and have lunch with him. Just under 100 miles round trip:yes:
I'm thinking of getting some grip covers to make them a little softer. I have the cramp buster throttle piece on now. Is that usable with the thrifty slide on covers? Does any body know. I 've seen lots of chatter about the slip ons but nothing concerning that little clamp on. The other option is of course, a cushion/chrome clamp on and bolt on throttle piece.:dontknow: My RT-S has the heated grips which I never have used but you never know. Great ride today. I think it hit 80 this afternoon. Was in the upper 70's for the ride.:2thumbs:

The Cramp-Busters are pretty flexible: you might be able to get them over a very thin grip-cover... :shocked:
It would probably be best, if you could test out the combination first; good luck! :thumbup:

About getting out for a ryde and 70 is a great temp to ryde at...:riding: cramp buster should fit over soft grips...:thumbup:

Cramp Busters do fit over the slide on foam grips and hold pretty nice.

I got to ride.

Decided to go with Kuryakan clamp on chrome grips and contoured throttle. My wife liked them and with the heated grips and clamp on feature I agreed. I need the bigger grips and throttle piece with arthritis and had carpal tunnel surgery 6 weeks ago so this should be good. Best news is the 2013 Spyder is paid in full as of today!:yes::yes:hyea::clap:
