Red SE5 -- To answer the coming questions. Ordered May 22, 2008 and recieved today Sept. 25th. No accessories yet 'cause big Daddy Matt had to put alot 'o money down on this bad boy to get financing. I have a good score but my credit history is not that long, soooooo. Anyway, this thing is bad @%&. If you remember I have a disability and have never had the pleasure of riding a bicycle much less a motorcycle. ( Although, I did take a ride in a wheelbarrel once.) This is just amazing. And man, how fast and smooth she shifts --wow-- Not one problem getting comfortable and I did come to a fast stop from about 40 mph with good response. ( For new brakes) It didn't downshift to first it went from 4th to 3rd and stopped but I rocked it forward and down to 2nd and 1st she went. Beautiful. I'm a little sore and stiff after about 2 hrs. But I just need to get used to it and I will start to relax. Yeah, just 2 hrs. --- clear skies and when I pick up :spyder:the storm starts blowin' in. AAAHHHHH, well. Many great riding days ahead. Thankyou to all who contribute their knowledge and expieriences on this forum. I have been a nightly reader for the past 4 mths. Except 2 days, when we went to the beach. My dealer here in Frederick recieved 6 Spyders for waiting customers. So there is soon to be alot of waving in Maryland. No more pre orders for '09 Spyders, BTW. And to all a good night.
