• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Was out on the RT yesterday on what turned out to be a 130 mile ride in beautiful weather. On my route, there is a several mile long stretch of very straight and smooth road that has little traffic and virtually zero LEO presence. I thought, "what the heck", laid on the throttle and got Great White up to 115 mph. The RT still had some left, but I backed off when I neared a spot where I know the LEO's like to hide so I was right at the speed limit. He wasn't there. I'm not advocating doing this, as it pretty irresponsible, but I had to try it once. Won't do it again. If the missus knew, she would hide my keys and make me grovel to get them back. Well, I guess somebody has to be the adult.

When I took a quick blast to the ton with my 1330; I thought that it got there WAY quicker than my 998 ever did!
Now I don't have to stretch it out any further... Thanks for doing the heavy lifting on this effort! :D

MAX SPEED

.....Interesting , lots of reports on what the GS / RS / RSS has done but this is the first I've read about the RT and the 1330.....................Now for the F-3 ? ? ?....................Mike

That was fun..!!

Do that from time to time in the right places. Thing is I never have gotten to the max on my RS but have found myself well over 100 without noticing many times. My top on the open desert road where the leo's have few places to hide and no desire to be there was 117 with room for more. But now you know and as long as we keep our mouths shut no one will know why you have the little smile on your face....:ohyea::ohyea:

Check back in early April or so. Have had my 2014 1330 up to 90 a couple times, don't think there will be any problem with getting past 110 though.
