That is the BRP vented windshield. I bought it used from a local but you can buy them from your dealer or the BRP store.

I think it depends on what year your RT is. My 2011 the vented windshield is a little taller but is narower. I would say the surface area is about the same but, it seems to not be as much of a sail as the stock windshield e.g less buffeting.
