I read somewhere to be careful in pulling and replacing spyder fuse box relays. I can't find anywhere how to actually pull one. My automatic air suspension on my RT Limited as stopped working. The fuse (F5) is fine, the air bag has pressure, and the control Up/Down toggle seems to think it's working. It's under warranty, but I'm wondering if it's a bad relay (R4). I've read on the forum the importance of carrying extra relays so I purchased one each of the two different types of relays in the fuse box. I figure it's great if the replacement relay works and if not, I have spares and I'll take it to my dealer.
I don't want to pull the relay until I understand how one is to pull it as I don't want to break the relay, or even worse, break the area where it is plugged in. I'd appreciate knowing how to pull it and if it requires any special tool or consideration.
I'd appreciate your guidance. Thank you.
