There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. On a 2020RTL does anyone know how the latch is held in place on the side bag the latch I I talking about is the whole asembly it is popped out case. Thanks

It is the whole assembly that is on the side luggage the part that hold the lever it has a lip around it that should be flush.against the bag. THANKS

Longtimer,

I have the back of mine all apart. The release handle is very hard to see what all holds it there. The trim panel slides into the handle and the handle stays in place when the trim panel is removed. I won't be putting mine back together until tomorrow after work. I can take pictures, but would help if I knew what yours looking for or maybe what yours has done. I think the lock cylinder itself has a lot to do with keeping it all together. Is your handle loose and flopping around or just the trim panel not in place?

It is the.assembly that holds the lever it is not flush with the bag the lever works fine to open the bag the assembly is not lose or floping around it use to be flush against the bag something moved or came lose I look up from the bottom but can not get a good view. THANKS

sounds like the trim panel came out of the grove around the handle. Here is a picture of the panel (I'm holding it for reference). The panel when installed goes into that grove around the handle.

Thanks papa 103 the panel was not slide in the slots I just losen the screws and lower bolt on panel and got it slide in place Thanks for your help one other thing is the screw s that hold the panel on are they like a push pin but with just a screw instead of a pin because they do not feel like they tighten up very tight. ThanksI

There are 4 real screws, 2 behind the strut and 2 on the top face. The 4 plastic screws are really just push pins. They screw out about 1/4" then I took needle nose pliers and just pulled them out. Glad it helped.
