• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I'm sure you'll get a few responses to this question tomorrow (I'm just up late again) but a clean fingernail and soft rag with gentle pulling of the sticker away from the body panel got most of each of the Can-Am ones off in one piece for me.

I remember there was a little debate here about whether to use WD-40 (I did, just a bit) and several folks warned away from goo-gone and the like.

It came off easily. And you can always purchase new ones and relocate them if you change your mind later.

For the medallions here's some discussion from last June, including part numbers and prices for new stickers.

This is a quote from the factory shop manual. It works!

"Using a heat gun (low heat setting) warm up one end of decal for a few seconds until decal can roll off when rubbing with your finger.

Pull decal slowly and when necessary apply more heat to ease removal on the area that has to be peeled off.

If decal tears while pulling ff, it has to be heated for a few seconds longer. If decal tends to stretch while pulling off, stop heating and wait a few seconds to let it cool, then peel off."

I just put the :spyder:in the sun for an hour, slowly peeled off the stickers and rubbed off the residue with a small amount of WD40 on a microfiber cloth. then I polished it with Honda spray. Pledge will work if you don't have Honda spray.
