How do you start this thing?

Unless you are a IPS key owner, you have to put the key in first, or at least after you read the warning card and before you press the mode button.

I would have demonstrated, without mentioning the mode button part. Chances are excellent he wouldn't notice that. Then, just before I hit the start button, I would say the "magic word," something like "Alakazaam" or "Shangra-La". :roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:

A common noob mistake is failure to pre-heat the flux capacitor . . .
