how do I install this ram mount???

I just got my ram mount in made for the gs/rs. link below. Call me ignorant but I don't know how I'm supposed to use all the pieces provided. I emailed twistedthrottle about directions and they wasn't sure either -.-
Has anyone put this on their handle bar? Little help please!!?? Thanks in advance! Zach

First remove the screw that is closes to the rider this should have the same thread as the screw provided then place the spacer(silver) then a washer, then the mount, then a washer, then the screw provided, tighten until you secure the mount in a pleasing position. I myself would replace the provided washers with black and a size that fits, those washers are way to big and ugly.:helpsmilie:

thanks for the quick tip, already mounted it up! Definitely need to get some smaller washers and in black like you said. Twistedthrottle replied and said this,

"We do not seem to have a specific install sheet for that particular kit. You will want to use that kit on your mirror mount. The mirror stem should go through the opening on the ball piece."

they would sell you the mount but have no mounting instructions. Spyders don't have mirror mounts like bikes do. Glad johnwindslow got the info to you. Do get the black smaller washers. Those work on the mirror mounts..this place rocks..!! :2thumbs:

You may have to.....

Drill a hole in the bars some place you like with that mount.:yikes:
