• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

How do I go about Changing radio channels and storing presets on a 2024 F3T?

The owner's manual seems remiss on this info, unless I am a dummy, or unless this function is not available while riding. How can stations be changed and set as a preset?

Thanks, johnv

Uh... yeah... hmmm... There is a Radio Applet, which is where you configure the station presets. And then it gets very vague and confusing.

Everything is done using the left hand controls.
First, look at the Audio Controls in your Operators Guide. One is volume up/down. The other is the Previous/Next, which is described as:

"Use to go to the next or previous song or channel."

The next section in your Operators Guide is Multimedia Controls. Those are the 5 buttons below the Audio Controls.

The Okay/Select button is the key button. It moves up and down, as can be expected, but you can also push on it to make a menu selection, as described in the Operators Guide:

"Move the button up or down to navigate through the touchscreen options.
Press in the button to accept a choice or a command."

And here's the part I didn't find in the Operators Guide, but learned by pushing things.

The Okay/Select button can also be long-pressed, as in press-and-hold it in. It will then set the selected channel entry to the currently playing radio station.

And in the lower right of the screen is the little icon of four boxes. Pressing that also helps navigate the display.

And yes, I'm leaving some things out, and I apologize for not being more thorough.
