If I may, I have a 23 RT and also BT to my Sena helmet, but I can't get the controls on the bars to do anything. How do I do that? Thanks.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
How do I get the handlebar audio controls to do anything? Sena paired to '23 RT

Have your paired your Sena helmet to your Spyder RT?
In the Operators Guide for my 2024 RT Sea-to-Sky the bluetooth section starts on Page 52, with instructions about pairing a smartphone, and on Page 53 it has information on pairing a Helmet.
Just remember that you have to perform steps on your Spyder, and then perform separate steps on both your phone and your helmet/headset to pair them both.
