• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

How do I get a 2014 RT's Stuck rear luggage trunk open? Any ideas appreciated.

I ride a 2014 RT and now for some reason my rear left trunk won’t open. How do I get in to it to correct the problem. Any lead will be greatly appreciated.

I ride a 2014 RT and now my rear trunk (right side) will not open when I lift the opening latch. Any direction would be appreciated.

I had that problem on mine after I replaced the rear cowling cables which needed adjusting. If I recall correctly, it entailed removing the tupperware back there, but it's been so long... I had to get it adjusted just right before it worked correctly though. I still have to nudge that right side before it'll pop open sometimes...

If you have the bags stuffed to the gills sometimes you have to put your knee on the door and push in a little and pull the latch, if that is not the case, then you'll have to remove the side panels around the latch area and adjust the cables. Once you get the panels off, you can reach in there, pop the door, and adjust the cables up!

Definitely the right side bag door is the most prominent to give you an issue.
I tried all of the above tips. I found that the cable was struck. I took it to the dealer and they replaced the cable.

Yes it was very expensive. But now the cable is still working

Removing the big rear wrap around panel requires having both side cases open to remove 2 screws on each side.
