there should be a thread (sign in sheet) with names and where your staying so shuffling can be done ( get closer or further away) and have an idea whos going...but do make sure to change reservations if moving to another location or dates...and it all begins...!! :thumbup:

As much as people would run away from the hotel after that statement... it IS the host hotel so they will make their sacrifice in staying there!:roflblack:

I did that once and got sent to the office! Teacher said if your going to eat in class bring enough for everybody, so I did! She did not think it was funny, I got 2 day vacation...
