There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Hot while Driving 2014 RT

My wife really gets hot while driving 2014 RT Spyder. My question is there any modification to increase airflow on the driver. I really don't want to remove the windshield unless that is something that is easy to do.

Some folks have had their windshield shortened, or they buy a shorter one.

I removed the two side shields that are just under the mirrors. It allows for more air flow to me and into the vents going into the engine area. I also have a shorter windshield.

Baker Air Wings plus the BRP adjustable deflectors plus the windshield vent are about as much as you can do. If you have an after market wide windshield go back to factory wide. I have the F4 wide and tall and it does cut back on air flow on me. The three items above help a lot but I've considered having my windshield cut back to OEM width.

I have never had a heat issue, but I added the 2013 scoops, couldn't tell any difference, but it had to make it better, I also have the vented windshield and baker wings.

Baker Air Wings with the BRP adjustable wind deflectors is a definite must have. Is your wife riding with the windshield all the way up? If so have her try it in a lower position, ideally with the top of the windshield even with her nose.

Baker Air Wings

I had them installed and they are well worth the cost. Use for cooling in hot weather, help keep warm in cool weather and help keep dry in light rain.

The windshield vent does a lot more to reduce buffeting; than it does to increase airflow...
But it's still going to help!

BRP scoops

I have a 2014 RTS and have added the BRP air scoops. These are the ones under the mirror. It has taken away all the heat from the glove box and the foot area. They are black in color don't look bad. Hope this helps.:yes:

I just ordered some Baker air wings yesterday..! Should help a lot. They are a bit pricey but I’m sure the quality is there..!

Come to south Texas, nothing helps....my buddy wears a cooling jacket with frozen pouches and he likes it. I may get one too.
