• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hi, I just purchased a 2012 limited and the horn wasn't working. After much intrepid investigation I found that there was no wiring loom existing to the horn. This necessitated making one and whalla we now have horn. Now need to work on CB not transmitting or receiving. any thoughts

My new 2012 RT Limited came from the factory also without a horn. My dealer said the horn was installed but no wiring from the switch to the horn. How in the world could anything get through inspection like that, well my conclusion is there wasn't any inspection. Where are these machines made at...... China??????? Just SAYING.............

Why would anyone fabricate their own repair on a brand new machine? :dontknow: The dealer should be responsible.

Probably him being from OZ, His dealer is 2 thousand miles from him.:dontknow:
My dealer was only 80 miles from me and i fixed a lot of things myself that were under warranty.

Good point. I think it is still important to contact the dealer, file a claim, and maybe get permission to do the fix yourself. The factory doesn't know about quality control issues like this unless there is dealer involvement and a warranty claim. Some photos emailed to the dealer or BRP could be useful, too.
