hope this is the place with the answers, 2009 gssm5 muffler

i am in need of a muffler (silencer for my 2009 gs sm3, seems hmf doesn't make one. could use a O.E.M. take off if it was in like new condition. two brothers advertises slip ons, do they come with the connecting pipe that they don't show?

hmf - gs = rs

Here you are - hmf RS muffler - the 'GS' was only used as a name for 08 then it became known as RS, but the exact same bike in 09. Hope this helps. I think there are quite a few aftermarket mufflers for the RS. http://www.hmfracing.com/exhausts/can-am/spyder-rs

They are right this is the place..:2thumbs: everything you need to know and some you did not need to know...:roflblack: GS/RS/RSS thru 2012 had the same muffler system. There are many pipes out there for them. Check here on the for sale forum, our sponsors on the home page or ebay. If you want a stock pipe I have one but shipping will be costly they are big and heavy and you will need the gasket...:thumbup:

You might check with Pitbull Powersports in Springfield to see if they have a take-off.
