I had some farm land in Georgia and built a home on a 8 acre portion of it
and the closest encounter I had with a Raccoon was Rabid and chasing my Yellow Lab around the back portion of yard, Dog was smart enough to keep her distance I ended that attack with my Rem. 1100 and buried the rabid attacker real deep so nothing could get to it....
