Honor Flight Homecoming

On 4 September 2012 there will be a flight coming in of WWII( maybe even some Korea or Viet Nam not sure) Veterans. They will have a gathering of PGR riders at the Firefighters Memorial in Kingdom City Mo. at the Jct of Hy 54 and I 70, at 2100 hrs( that's 9 PM for all you civilains)we will go up the ramp and pass the bus(es) and lead them to the Hotel Marriott in Columbia. corner of Hy 63 and Grindstone. Arrive about 2330 ( that's 1130 PM). The Marriott is offering $50/ room for those who want to stay overnight. Just mention the Honor Flight. Stoney Creek Inn also has a discount for those of you who want to stay overnight. Since this IS a night ryde will have to be carefull. BUT it would be worth it to Honor those men and women who returned. I sorta didn't want to be the only Spyder in a group of 2 wheelers. Bring your own flag. Come join in for a REALLY GOOD WELCOME HOME!!!!

Also wish I could be there!! Great way to support and honor Vets. The PGR riders will treat you like one of themselves if you are not in the PGR. It doesn't matter what you ride for gatherings like this one. As a Vet and PGR rider I am the only spyder rider on quite a few rides, Although we escorted the Vietnam traveling wall and there were 5 spyders. Also did an escort to the cemetary this past Sat, and there was another spyder.

On these rides I get a lot of questions about the spyder, so be ready to answer questions.
