• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I had to replace the exhaust gaskets on my 09 spyder. After reading some of the forums on here about replacing them,:gaah: I was a little worried about changing them.
They say to get the job done the easy way is to let a lazy person do it.
I put the gaskets in the freezer for about an hour. Then with ten minutes left to remove them, I started to heat the exhaust pipes with a heat gun.I didn't want to use a flame to heat them. With my luck I might not have a gagage left. When I removed them from the freezer, they were a little tight going on the upper exhaust pipe. With the lower exhaust pipe hot, the lower slid right on with out any trouble. Put the springs on and tighten the clamp and that was it.:ohyea: No jacks or hammers used to install them.
Good luck if you try this.

What a great idea! That was some pretty good thinking man! I don't think the gasket suffered any damage being in the freezer. I'm gonna have to do mine too as part of my "conversion" project so I'm gonna give this a try!
