• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I saw an ad from canamspyderaccessories.com and Pierre, who also does Spydertv, is selling his hitch with free accessories. I want to find out if his hitch is comparable with the can am hitch. I need a hitch but I want a quality one at that. Help me with this info please.

From what I've read about it... it mounts the same as the BRP Hitch ( a bolt goes thru the OEM axel ) .... my only concern would be the DIAMETER of that BOLT ..... I know a 5/8th threaded rod will work ( w/lok-nuts ) because I have used them ..... and you could easily drill the Hitch part to 5/8 ...... Mike

I have one of his mounts and very happy with it. Was very easy to install and does not stick out like canAns does. I have not tripped over the ball or hit my leg on it. The OEM sticks out a bit more and I know i would smack my let into the Hitch. Also does not interfere with the mud flap. So no cutting or mods needed. I would recommend it.

Good stuff....

Pierre has quality products great service and a lot more on the way...was with him at his booth last year. Check him out on you tube. You won't go wrong with his stuff..

HITCH

to whom it may concern. the bolt size is fine I posted a thread about the bolt breaking. after further investigation I installed the bolt wrong causing it to fail. I did not thread it all the way causing the shaft to move . There for the bolt was not the issue, it was my installation procedure. Also after talking with Pierre he is replacing the complete unit . My lesson here is have more patients before posting on this site. Some of you take it to far and it blows up to some thing its not. In another thread I also posted this very same conclusion. I hope this stops others from stating false info . Pierres products are first rate and I could not see going in another direction. thank you
