Hindle Exhaust... 'been checking out some sound clips...

... and, I am becoming more interested in getting a Hindle when my Spyder arrives. The demo I rode at the dealer had the Hindle installed, as well. Sounded great! I just want to be really sure, however, that it doesn't wear on me over time.

Isn't it about the most quiet of the performance exhausts? And, are there any members here that are wanting to switch back to the stock pipe from the Hindle?

I heard from Magic Man that he is trying out a performance exhaust that can be adjusted to be quieter than the Hindle. I am interested in that as, after riding with the Hindle for a few months, I think I prefer a quieter ride and I will be going back to the stock exhaust for the time being. When I put my "traveling windshield" on, I want a nice quiet ride where I can hear my music better, not the exhaust.

I've been considering putting the stock exhaust back on. I've had the Hindle for a few months now and it definitely looks better, but I'm not sure the extra sound does it for me.

I'm going to put any extra $$$ right now into getting the B.E.S.T. Warranty. I think that is more important right now.

Smart decision. Costly accessories make it look good, but BEST will help keep it working good.
