• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Has anyone put highway pegs on there RT :spyder2: yet?
Did a search and only found one company making them.
Watched the video. Looks like a lot of disassembly of the bike to get them on.

Anybody come up with there own?

Thanks

We have sold many, many sets if these already and they are very easy to instally with basic skills and hand tools.

Most people have written on here about how they have liked them so far.

The average person can do it in about 45 minutes, and your feet end up being in just about the exact same position all said and done.

I just installed some ISCI highway pegs on my RT. After riding on them for 1 week, I decided to try some "Cruiser Boards" also from ISCI. They just bolt on in place of the semi-round pegs. The cruisers seem much better for the long-haul. Billy Joe at ISCI was very helpful, as usual.:2thumbs:
The brackets do mount to the engine mounts so there is some expertise required. You'll have to remove most of the "tupperware",too.:sour:
I'll post some pics today.

I Like these. Are you going to get them in Blue? My only concern is how the wings are going to hold up to the extra weight and road bumps. Good looking Product.

I purchased the KewlMetal ones... I am not please to much about them. I think I would be much happier with the ISCI version.

They wobble far to much, and vibrate like there is no tomorrow. Yes they are tight. VERY tight...

Tried them for three rides so far. So only time will tell. I spent the $$ so I will continue to try them...

BTW... My RT-S was not assembled the same as the original YouTube video expressed by KewlMetal (Not there fault of course, BRP made the change)

For one, the front sprocket is a bit different, and another was the far left front bolt was changed to the push pin style...
