• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Not sure you can see these, may be too large. I have more pics to share. I'll try to get them on this evening. HD driver made a U-turn in front of me on the highway. Did all I could to miss him swerving to the left. Right front wheel took out his front tire and forks. Did a number on my front suspension. All walked away. I do have a broken arm, not sure exactly what hit me but guess it may have been force from handle bars on the impact.

I'll explain the loss of brakes after impact in a following e-mail, but the bike stayed straight line on all 3 wheels to a rolling stop about 150 yards from impact.

I'm glad that everyone walked away without major injuries. Good luck in your healing process.

Yikes...!!!

so glad all walked away with minimal personal damage. You were very fortunate to be on a spyder and not a two wheeler as things would have been much worse for both....

Hi TexAmRider, Glad you and other rider walked away, brings back memories of my accident last year with my 1st Spyder. Hope your arm has a quick recovery, I had a quick recovery with my broken arm and was out of hospital after a week. My thoughts are with you right now.

Is that the one where you went flying over a roundabout?

I see an irony in this: cagers are told to look out for motorcyclists, but no one tell motorcyclists to look out for Spyders.
Glad you injuries were no more serious.
