• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

HID aiming

I got No Magic's HID kit installed pretty easily thanks to the step by step guide and pics on here (great job). I went for a ride tonight to test them out and they only project out about 10 feet! It's better w/brights but still a weird field of vision.

I'm thinking I need to make some aiming adjustments but there aren't any instructions for doing that. For the others that installed these, did you have to make any adjustments and if so how?

I didn't have to aim my headlights after installing the NoMagicNeon HIDs but if I did, I would follow the instructions in the BRP Spyder users manual for aiming the headlights.

Ah crap. I was messing around with those adjustment screws while I was trying to take off the dash (didn't know they were adjustment screws!)

Yeah, big time. Of course I had to strip one of the screws so now I have one headlamp pointed at the ground with no way to adjust it. Guess I'll head off to the dealer and have them clean up my mess. :edit: Oh well. The one I can adjust actually throws off enough light by itself. With both of them focused correctly it must be insane.

When I put mine on I decided to adjust mine by the book and they were aiming a little high. They are just right now.
