Problem with Cluster

So I have a 2015 Can Am Spyder RT.
My cluster powers up and goes through the sequences but after that noting will work. It stays powered on but nothing works. Like the Tac or Speedometer or Gas Gauges. I can change the modes but that’s about it.
Any suggestions?
It’s a brand new cluster and new Battery and I’ve already replaced all the fuses and relays.

Hi Rhino, welcome to the Forum. :welcome:

Right now, there's still some joining processing going on to wrap up your registration, so your username is still Red to show that - once all the joining processing is complete (which shouldn't take too long, it's rarely more than a day! But there is only one person working on ALL the new memberships. ) your username will turn Blue, like SpyderBOT's in the post above yours (where he asks you NOT to post support questions here, cos it's extremely unlikely they'll ever get much response in this section. ) Once that username colour change occurs, you'll be able to post out in the other, more frequented, sections of the Forum, where more people will see your post and you are more likely to find the info you're after. However, you might want to do a little searching & reading first, as it's pretty likely that someone's had a similar problem in the past and the answer you're looking for is already out there. After all, the Forum's been around for 15 or so years now, there's not too much about Spyders/Rykers that hasn't been experienced, asked, & answered already! :thumbup:

So as for any suggestions right now, my best suggestion is that you take a bit of time to look thru the links in SpyderBOT's post, lotsa good info there that'll help you get the best from the Forum and your Spyder; maybe have a quick read of the Forum Rules reached via the Green link in the middle of each page above the thread headings; and then do some searching and reading on the Forum for similar problems.

That said, my first thought would be to ask if YOU charged your new battery properly BEFORE installing it?? Battery Retailers and Spyder Dealers rarely do this, relying on the barely adequate 'cover charge' they get on manufacture & hoping you'll go for a good ride to charge it up a bit better after it's installed; plus, the current crop of OEM battery offerings aren't worth a cracker anyway, so if you got one of them, I'm sorry for you!! Basically, unless you properly charged your new battery yourself, then there's a good chance the battery isn't fully up to par, and these Spyders are notoriously power hungry, with issues presenting EXACTLY like yours being due to a poorly charged battery &/or poor connections somewhere in the 'power to the dash' link - so check & charge your battery AND all the terminals, earth points, & connectors you can find/reach, maybe even going do far as re-seating the new dash on its connectors, AFTER making sure that none are bent! It might even pay to get your battery load tested, but do realise that most load tester say 10.5 volts or more under load is 'Good', but it's NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR OUR SPYDERS!! If the load tester goes below 12 Volts AT ALL under starting load, it will sooner or later give you the dash issues you are experiencing right now and will not start!!

Anyhow, don't just take my word for it, go and do some of that searching and reading while you wait for all your joining processing to be complete. And hopefully, I'll see you out there on the more frequented public pages very soon! :thumbup:
