• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Florida to Washington !

Hey All
New owner of a 2023 Spyder limited is n Florida. Will be moving to Bellingham Washington in a few months. After 40 years on a motorcycle I am still getting use to 3 wheels, not as easy as I thought it would be!

Welcome to the forum Motoart. I hope you enjoy it. :congrats: On the new 2023 Spyder RTL!! You can find lots of good information here on the Spyder RTL in the different areas of the forum. Make sure and post a photo of your new ride in the Spyder in the Spyder garage area of the forum when you are able to. Going from 2 wheels to 3 wheels takes some getting use to that's for sure. It will take time before you stop reaching for the brake & clutch levers, when you turn in the corners you have to actually turn the handlebars and leaning is way different that 2 wheels (you lean not the bike). I will say once you relearn to ride (retrain your brain) 3 wheels it's a lot of fun and relaxing with a lot less to worry about. Hopefully with some seat time it will come to you and you can enjoy it better. I hope to see you around the forum soon. :2thumbs:
