• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

:agree: And another Welcome to the Forum too! :ohyea:

Once your username has turned Blue, you can post in any of the Public Pages of the Forum, & once you've got one p oost on the boards, even start New Threads - but please, if you do that, try to put it in the appropriate sub-forum/section for your model &/or particular need, and always try to briefly state your question in the title field - that'll make it a lot easier for potential readers & any later searchers to know what your thread is about! :ohyea:

However, if you're in a hurry, there is already a heap of info on releasing stuck 'front trunks' or, as they are more commonly called here, the Frunk (ie. F-ront t-runk :) ) and you should be able to read all of that info right now, if you do a search for it! And you should always try a search before starting a new thread anyway!

Just type "Stuck frunk" (include the quotation marks so it looks for the phrase, not just either word ;) ) in the Search field up in the Top Right of the page; click on the 'Search Titles only' box in the drop down list that should appear; then click on the magnifying glass. That should bring you back maybe 10 or so threads on that subject; you could read them all, but if you're really in a hurry, I'd suggest that going straight to the last 3 to 5 or 6 might be best, there's even one with a video! Those threads may be old, but the info is stiff fairly valid, even if not specifically correct for whatever model Spyder you may have! So I hope it helps. Good Luck!
