• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Glad to have joined SL

Started riding cruisers at around 20 years-old (just over 50 years ago). Never thought I'd ever ride anything with more than two or less than four wheels. A few of my friends bought Spyders and loved them. Not wanting to allow them to have all the fun, 1 1/2 weeks ago I checked out a 2014 Spyder with 13,335 miles on it and ended up buying it three days later. Once I got used to no clutch or hand brake and not putting my feet down at stoplights, all that was left was to enjoy the ride. I'm glad I made the jump (although I still own and ride a cruiser). I'm looking forward to interacting with other Spyder owners/lovers.

Welcome to the forum Fister. I hope you enjoy it. :congrats: On the new to you 2014 Spyder. You can find lots of good information here on the different models of Spyders in the different areas of the forum. Make sure and post a photo of your new Ride in the Spyder Garage area of the forum when you get a chance to. I hope to see you around the forum soon. :2thumbs:
