• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

hi. Bill in Uk. Just exchanged a bmw gs 1250 for a 2014 Spyder rss 900 se in yellow n black due to wife's limited mobility as pillion - she's 73
and has Alzheimers . Relief to get the trike just 2 days ago & now feel able to safely offer her freedom bike riding can offer - an Adventure bike was unfeasible .

Welcome to the forum Billk. I hope you enjoy it. :congrats: on the new to you Spyder RSS. You can find lots of good information on the Spyder RSS in the different areas of the forum. Make sure and post a photo of you new ride in the Spyder Garage area of the forum. Glad you have something the wife can enjoy also, I wish her the best :dg1: stay positive. Going from two wheels to 3 wheels will take a little getting use to so take your time as you relearn how to ride with 3 wheels and no brake lever. But then again you don't have to put your foot down when you stop, so that's nice! I hope to see you around the forum soon. :2thumbs:
