There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. LaMonster on a "bumble bee" black and yaller Spyder....that brings back memories! With your endorsement, my mind is made up, just gotta line up the finances now....

Good to see ya LaMont....

Well how about that. :D So what are you riding these days? I'm lovin my Spyder. I'll be down in Daytona, maybe we can hookup. :doorag::spyder:

<< Sniff, sniff >> I'm here, too. One of the original VRCC guys (not as original as Lamont who is member #1, but close - #62). Used to be "ataBoy" back then... thanks to hotglue.

Still have my Valky, too, although it's yellow nowadays. /sniff off :D

Good to see you here! These things are a hoot and relatively easy to tinker with.

I've gone through a VTX1800c, ST-1300 and GL1800 all while keeping the Valk and now the Spyder. I am considering selling the Valk in the spring, though, as it just sits there... unridden... since the Spyder joined it in the garage.

My Valkyrie Interstate gets a lot less miles since I bought the Spyder, but I haven't convinced the wife that it's more comfortable for her. I've got the rack and backrest and need peg extenders......it's just going to take time.

Hey Kliff.
I live just around the corner in Martinez! You still have a VW trike? I have seen several home builts in town. Had a Spyder since June of last year and i have to say, it's been a blast. Was even thinking of selling the M109r this spring. Don't ride it much anymore. Ride with a local group. Southern Cruisers chapter 62.
welcome

Cool Beans!

This is getting better all the time. Yeah I still got the trike, everything is new, only got around 100 miles on it...just sorta lost interest. I'll cut someone a real good deal. OVER 10K invested, and she can be had for 7500.00

Is that group a "Spyder Only" group? Doesn't matter, just curious.

Went to Tomberlin's yesterday, and drooled for about an hour. Going back next week when I have more time, for a test ride. They were telling me how they'd sold about 25 units already...man, that would be a sight to see, all in one place....or on a "Spring time" lunch run, to the Crab Shack, down near Tybee...

Sell that trike, or help me sell it, for anything over 7K, and I'll drop a "C" note on ya...

being an old vw mechanic that thing must cruise with the engine thats in it ...how do you keep front wheel on ground ...(yes i wasn't always the colorful tatt2r you see before you):coffee:

Hey Kliff,
I haven't seen that VW trike around.
The Southern Cruisers is a riding group that includes everything from crotch rockets to Harleys to:spyder:. I purchased my :spyder:in Charleston, but, have got my accessories at Tomberline. He had told me that he had sold about 24 units. I have seen two in town and they always seem to be going the other way! Hey, I'll trade ya an '07 M109r for the trike.:joke:
We have a social gathering at Tony Roma's tonight at 7:00. Stop by. We are allways looking for new members.
