• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hesitation or Stalling problem, Poor Re-Acceleration

I installed a new battery, I had the old one out for a while before I was able to get new one put in, Now when I put it all back together, it appears to be stalling or hesitating when I come into a curve, or slow down and try to accelerate again....It is like it through a code or something....Is there any way that I can tell or is this something the shop has to do....

Are you sure it isn't just old gas? Put some Marine Stabil or Seafoam in it and fill with fresh gas, and see if it improves. Also, check your riding technique. Accelerating at full throttle too soon out of a curve will upset Miss Nanny. Could also be due to bad plug wires, that picked up moisture when they sat. Hot, dry storage can destroy vacvuum lines, too. Many problems of this nature don't leave a diagnostic code, you will need a good mechanic to sort them out if you aren't experienced in troubleshooting yourself.

Not sure how much you have ridden since the new battery was installed but usually the sensors sort of have to collect their thoughts and to relearn their parameters. Just a thought!

It is the 2012 Limited tour model with 10,000 miles on it

It was running fine and then I took the battery out to replace it, It was out for a couple of days while I had to locate some new bolts that had been stripped out on my arm rest. It was running fine before hand with no hesitation and now it does not responde well.

Since Installing the battery again i have put about 400 miles on it...

I will get some stabilizer today and put in it anyway....
