• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Here's Number 1 on my Christmas Wish List...

Sheesh, I get that for free and without any wishing or waiting!! nojoke

All I hafta do is open the shed and pull on my freshly laundered work gear, then the Child Bride tells me that no matter how often I shower or what I try to mask it with, that 'distinct aroma' is with me for at least the next 24 hours! :yikes:

I can't really complain tho, she is a true rev-head, addicted to fast cars & bikes, pretty much learnt to drive in a 'Bathurst prepared & Race spec RT-4 Charger', and I really can't tell you what a good whiff of high octane or race fuel exhaust does for her without breaking the Forum Rules! :opps:

But when it comes to anything smelling even vaguely like an engine lubricant or grease rather than a high-performance fuel or avgas, she's really not a fan!! And she's so much of 'not a fan' that I hafta launder my work gear separately from everything else, and only ever in the dedicated washer that has been banished to the shed for exactly that purpose!!

So there's none of that 'Parfum De Casrol R' on my Christmas wish list; but I did save up all my pocket money this year, and I've just picked up a fresh supply of Elf 98 RON Race Control & Elf Race 102! :ohyea:

 I LOVED going to the Flat Track motorcycle races in the 60s just to smell the Castrol coming out out of the exhaust pipes!! :2thumbs:

I rode dirt bikes for years and following some guy using that 2stroke oil is enough to make you high only after a mile or two. nojoke:mad::banghead::barf:

Hell Yes! Aint nothing like the smell of that at Castrol R at the track. Better than a Doobie.

These kids these-days have no idea.
