• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Here we go again

I would call them back and ask for a loaner until they have yours ready if your gone than they will have to waite until morning to get it back from you.

I was waiting at the dealership when they opened this morning and the service writer agreed that it sounded like it was running bad. He said "can I have it for the morning?" I called late this afternoon to see what they had found and he said that they hadn't even looked at it. They closed about half an hour ago and he didn't call so I'm starting to feel pretty sick about my trip on Thursday.

Unfortunately its not one of those trips where you can just leave a day or two later. We are going to the American Legion Riders Western Romp in Pocatello, ID and the event is Thursday through Saturday. :sour:

So sorry that the dealer is putting you through all this. To make promises, then put you off and not even look at the :spyder2: is just so wrong. Were they aware of the timeline about your vacation leave date?:popcorn:

It appears that they can't get a brand new bike running correctly.....I doubt I would take a loaner very far...:lecturef_smilie::dontknow:

Mine was doing something like that about a month ago. Quit while I was downtown. It would start and then die. Had to be towed. Turned out it was a cracked air hose coming out of the air box. My tech. has seen 3 or 4 cases recently and now stocks the hoses. Good luck.

Ride in comfort,
John
