• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Here is something to ponder....

Hi All
Well last week my wife and I took 2 of our grand kids to Legoland in the San Diego CA area.
as well as the ZOO and Safari park 5 days of morning till dark with the kids at the above places...
Everything was great until we hit Legoland..... If you have never been to Legoland be thankful
very thankful :bowdown:Legoland is a NIGHTMARE...:yikes: if you have been to Disney in the summer and have had to dodge
a bunch of kids and strollers, well that was nothing at Legoland there are at least 20 or 30 times more if I croked
during the night and was sent to HELL I bet I would be sent to LEGOLAND for ever...
the only cool thing about the place is all the stuff that they have on display that are made out of Lagos.
Check out the pictures the work involved in making them is fantastic. By the way Legoland is more expensive
than Disney, Knotts Berry Farm & Universal studios

Crazy..!!

You are brave..we drive by and always tell each other..not even for the kids (grand kids now) that is why they have parents.:roflblack::roflblack:

Dave, may I assume the name "LAGoland" because you have to lag behind the strollers, rug rats and grand parents? :yikes::yikes:

Being on the East coast; it's required by Law that you must take kids to Walt Disney World at least once during their formative years! That way; they can hate you all they want in their teens, but you DID take them to Disney...
We kind of let it get out of control, and now take a quick hop down there every couple of years... It's fun to watch everybody scurrying about; trying to see everything all at once! :D
Then there's the crying, the screaming, the tantrums, the pouting and the threats...
And The kids aren't any better! :roflblack:

My bro went with his young kids to Legoland in KC as a school field trip. He didn't say anything about the crowds, though. Maybe it's easier on a school day.

Yes!!!! you lag behind everyone the lines to get anything there are forever If it was FREE and close I would
not even think of going again.... on the up side the kids loved it....damn I hope they don't want to return.

Bob you are correct.... The Disney thing is not so bad we have annual passes for Disney in Anaheim and have
for years but compared to the one in kissimmee / Orlando it is very small and easier to navigate through.

I waited until the youngest was 25 to go to Orlando. We went to Epcott. Started drinking in Canada and finished in Mexico! A lot more fun than if they were 5 and 9!
