• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I got for Christmas. This bell will go on the spyder in the spring( when the :spyder2: comes out of hibernation)

To any new/or current spyder owners the Gremlin bell has specific function. One of life's mysteries is the little gremlin that lives on your bike. It is responsible for most of your bike's problems. Road gremlins can't live in the presence of a bell. They get trapped in the hollow of the bell, than the constant ringing and confined space of the bell drives them insane. They lose their grip and fall to the roadway. The bell has served its purpose. If you have picked up a bell of your own, the magic will work. If your bell was given to as a gift, the power has been doubled. For more info. visit: www.gremlinbells.com Everyone Be Ride Safe! Deanna

 Glad to see that you got one for your 2014! :2thumbs:
Now; your mission will be to find another rider who doesn't have one yet, and buy them on!

How'd that happen?

How did we go from the giving of a gremlin bell to splattering of ground critters in such a short span?:roflblack:

Glad to here your well protected now Deanna! Now we just need some spring weather.

Many variations. ....

The short of the one that I know is the gremlins lurk on the roadways which is the reason for placing the bell at the lowest possible point. If they should leap at you they get caught in the bell and as Deanna stated they eventually fall out the added side effect is that they are the cause of the many unexplained pot holes...this from one of the original versions of the legend

We both have two on each Spyder and I even have one on my truck.

Side note: It's very rare that groundhogs get rabies.

Guardian Bell

I have the Guardian Bell that Bob Denman sent. The bell that has brought me loads of luck with my F3-S and continues to do so. This bell is a must have for any newbie

Guardian Bells

My daughter gave me three(One for each Wheel) for Christmas. One was Vietnam Veteran one was John 3:16 and the last was square and compass. I am now well covered. The bell she gave for the Boulevard has worked well all these years. RWC:yes::yes::yes:
