• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Have problem need help solving it. 2012 RT in on battery tender right now cause it won't start. How do I get it in neutral with dead battery & also can't get parking brake on. So the lights are on while being charged. Tells me ABS failure. The CanAm shop is close until Tues. Bike is sitting out in driveway.

battery. charger

You can jump it off with a vehicle. Look in owners manual. Battery tender won't give enough juice to start.

Thanks that did the trick! Got it started so I could put it in garage & got the parking brake on! Now the battery tender is on it with everything off!

Here's the thing..!!

if your battery is that low your tender may not charge it up. You should put it on a regular charger. If you don't know why this happened you should have the battery checked or replaced. Battery life can range from 3 year on depending on useand loads...

OK we jump started the bike, got in garage now on battery tender. Will call garage 1st thing tues am. closed tomorrow. Thanks for all the help!!!

rember a battery tender may not charge a dead battery so you might need to use a reguler charger to get it back to a full charge,:thumbup:then the maintainer will work ,use the maintainer when your not riding and you will alwas be good to go.:chat:
