• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

got a new 09 spyder have a couple of issues. my local dealers I think are going out and may not able to do waranty work. I had to buy this out of state since no one had one here. on my first ride I noticed a vibration, apon inspecting i noticed no wheel weights on the right rim. I took the wheel off then took it to a tire shop and had it ballanced. on next ride I still had a vibration but was better, I then took both tires in to have them checked, both were fine but the left rim had a slight bobble? got ahold of the local dealer and they are going to see if they can get through waranty. went for a ride tonight and noticed a noise coming from the rear. the noise did not go away or change with the brakes. sounded like a bearing noise? any ideas

Better get the belt tension and alignment checked-----

Where in Indiana? Around Indianapolis, we've got 1 dealer now, but there are others close enough to trailer to. I'd take it in and have at least a pre delivery check done on it, seems like the place you got it just assembled it and turned it loose.

The post and others like this have kept me from becoming an owner.Sounds like the dealer does won't work on what he didn't sell and it sounds like BRP really needs some Quality Control.

John,

I just checked out Greenfield Motorsports, and I see that they aren't carrying new products at this time. It says they still have their service department though...I take it that means they will still work on the spyders?

I sure hope things turn around for them soon - I liked working with them so much more than the "other" company in town.

agree

mike at greenfield are some of the best. they can't do warrenty work at this time. Other guys are in the final stages of being able to do work. I am going to take it to middle towne oh thursday. hope to get it back soon.I love to ride it. Joe
