HELP WITH MICRON INSTALL

I PURCHASED THE MICRON FROM A FELLOW SPYDERLOVERS MEMBER AS WELL AS THE ELBOW WITH GASKET FROM MAGIC MAN, HOWEVER I WAS UNABLE TO INSTALL TODAY CAUSE I DON'T HAVE THE CLAMP THAT CONNECT TO THE PIPE AND THE BIKE ITSELF. CALLED MAGIC AND SOME LOCAL SHOPS AND THEY SAID THEY DON'T CARRY IT. I'M TRYING TO GET IT B4 FRIDAY CAUSE ITS BIKENITE ON LONG ISLAND.

Do you mean the clamp that was connecting your factory pipe?

Magic's pipe uses the same clamp as is on your stock pipes. Unscrew it all the way from the original pipe and lift it over the flange.

That is weird. I installed my Micron and used the same clamp. You might try a muffler shop and see what they can come up with.

the clamp on mid pipe from the factory to the bike body and the one for the micron is double the size, the micron is swimming in it. Gonna try local shop tommorow.

Then you're talking about the hangar strap. Right???????????????......... "to the bike body".........????????

If you're talking about the hangar strap, there is supposed to be one with the Micron.

But... maybe I'm just not getting it. :yikes:

you got it, hanger strap, however I bought pipe used and it didnt come with one.

You sure you explained exactly what you needed to No Magic? I found what you need listed on their website.

Otherwise I would suggest calling either DennisKirk.com or Jpcycles.com and see if they sell the bandclamp (Hangers), for most of the aftermarket slip-ons is should be universal so I imagine you could get one for just about any brand and it would work.

Got the pipe from (trap) spyderlover member and he said he is reusing it, I also called Magic man and they said they don't have it anymore and directed me to Micron headquaters which is now closed. Im getting frustraded and will probable just buy something else.
