• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Help with Brakes

I need to check and probably replace my brakes on a 2014 RTS SE6, but have no way of getting the bike up to remove the front tires. I haven't dealt with changing brakes on anything for over 25 years and was wondering if anyone in the Greenville, SC area have changed the brakes on a 2014 or newer that could supervise me in this process. I have read online about doing it, sounds easy, just I'm not mechanically inclined and would like someone who has done this to walk me through it. I have new pads from BajaRon, mileage on my bike is 21,500 or close to it. You can PM me if interested in walking me through the procedure. Usually available on Sat/Sun anytime, however this Saturday I have plans and that's also why I can't attend the ride to Landrum for lunch. Also might be able to be free after 2 or 3 PM on Fridays. You all have a great day.

I doubt the dude who wrote those instructions knows what a Can Am Spyder RT is. Either that or I don't know where my RT's fork legs and center stand are.
