• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Help please!

Just installed a Sena SM10 on my 2014 Spyder RT, my helmet headset is a Sena SMH10R bluetooth and the headset is pairing with the SM10 but I'm not hearing anything in my helmet speakers, what am I missing? Do I have to do anything in the Radio control center? I know speakers work because on commucations between husband and I while riding. Any problem shooting help would be greatly appreciated :bowdown:

How did you hook up SM10 to the radio? With the cable that comes in the kit from BRP. Make your own custom cable. Get the cable from Motorcycle Dave.

May seem obvious, but the SM10 needs to connect to the entertainment center. Hopefully you got this wire from Motorcycle Dave when you purchased your SM10.

If the radio is muted. That will mute the feed to the SM10. Except for GPS alerts. So make sure it is not muted. Volume has no effect on the headset volume.

Have you played with the volume setting of the headset while radio should be playing.

Keep in mind that volume setting while speaking with passenger is different from setting for the radio, each must be adjusted while that function is active.

Spoke with Sena today and they suggested factory reset on headset. Came in did reset, repaired units and Bam! Finally, sound in speakers. Thanks for your suggestion.
