• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Help please!!!

A friend of mine has purchased a 2009 RS SE5 but will not pick it up till the 13th. It has a 1" riser on it. I am going to order the Easy risers from ESI to install. When removing the 1", are there bolts or is it splined and held on with a large nut? When I remove the 1", what holds the bars?He will be riding it from where he bought it to Las Vegas, then home to spokane.

keep the 1" and add the ESI:2thumbs:

The factory optional 1" riser totally replaces the stock. You will need one or the other... in addition to the 3-4" aftermarket risers.

I went another route all together, but if I remember correctly you can use the 1" block with the 3" esi risers. It's trying to use the 1" block with the 4" risers that gets beyond the available slack in the cables.

You can. Nancy has the factory 1" and the 3" ESI.

Great forum

I signed on tonight to search for the answer to that exact issue. Had my answer in less than two minutes. So I keep the 1" riser and order the 3" risers.

Now, if I can just remember where I put that pipe cutter I'll be in business.
