• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Roger, the first question on the trouble shooting chart is "did you touch it?" I don't know where it goes , I just wanted to give you some s#%t.

The pressure switch for the passenger fits up into a hole in the seat that is about two inches across... :dontknow:
Raise your seat up, and see where the wiring harness for it is right now... :bbq::bbq::bbq:

Got the info I needed in a PM from Tip :2thumbs:

When I redid my seat on my Rt the same pc. came out. It fits so that the flat part puts pressure on the round sensor under the passenger section of the seat.

If you hold it so the flat part is over the sensor you will probably see where it goes.
Wish I were nearby - I could help.
Good luck .
Have fun and be safe,

Glad I'm not the only one with loose parts
;);)

Couple of pics for reference
1st one showing flat part of plastic piece laying over pressure switch.
2nd pic to to show it goes between seat pan and foam top.

Anyway
GELectomy complete, just have to re-cover the seat.

Thanks to M/Cycle Dave for a straightforward modification and being a good guy.
Just a bit of measuring and me doing what I love to do -- wield a knife ;)

Now add a couple of strips of painters tape to temporarily hold down the rear end - don't need the plastic piece slipping out again!!
