• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

getting ready to take the trunk off my 2017 f3 limited, and i see there is supposed to be a cover that goes on in its place, can you tell me what it is called so i can look it up..... Thanks Lee

You think... 🤔

From the parts list at cheapcycleparts.com it shows a tail faring package for the T at $169.99 that looks to replace the trunk for the LTD. Could that be it...?? :dontknow:

The storage compartment in the tail fairing is very small and almost useless except for a few small items. You can get a small tool kit and maybe a small first aid kit in there. That is about all.

Curious how long it took you to swap to the tail cover. That’s a big selling point for the 2020; if just an easy swap then the 2019 looks appealing as an option.

There are 2 brackets that have to be removed to put the cover on in place of the top box. When you open the box, remove the rubber mat, remove the 2 screws. What those screws go into is what needs to be removed. You need 2 pushpins, too. Takes 10 minutes, one Torx 30 screwdriver. The metal fasteners at the rear of the cover might need to be installed.
